What You'll Do8
- 1Spot-check Ukrainian items to identify quality issues and provide targeted feedback via direct messages, escalating persistent problems to maintain standards.
- 2Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new guidelines, project changes, and quality expectations.
- 3Answer questions about Ukrainian wording, grammar, tone, and terminology with clear, timely guidance.
- 4Activate inactive contributors through direct outreach, track follow-ups, and flag availability issues when needed.
- 5Create and maintain Ukrainian project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding calls with trainers and QAs to explain project expectations, rubrics, and Ukrainian-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Ukrainian language guidelines across all trainers and QAs as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA improvements for Ukrainian-language projects.
Requirements11
- 1bachelor’s or master’s degree in Ukrainian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, english, education, quality assurance, or related field
- 2native or near-native ukrainian proficiency with strong reading and writing skills
- 3strong english language skills to follow project guidelines and communicate with teams in english
- 43+ years of professional experience in ukrainian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, ai training, annotation, or related language-review workflows
- 5deep understanding of ukrainian grammar, spelling, punctuation, declension, gender agreement, tone, register, and cultural context
- 6ability to evaluate ukrainian content against rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, incorrect case usage, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology
- 7comfort with formal, neutral, and conversational ukrainian including audience adaptation and terminology consistency across domains
- 8experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or qas is strongly preferred
- 9comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using tools such as discord, google sheets, google docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems
- 10highly detail‑oriented and organized, with ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation
- 11experience with ai training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based llm qa is a strong plus
