Your skills, scored against every live role

NearSkill is an AI career matching engine for global tech and AI work. Upload a resume and we build an anonymous skill profile, then score all 1,451 live roles against it in under 20 seconds. You see the strongest fits first, with pay ranges attached. No account.

The work happens before you search

Two employers describe the same job in completely different words. One hides pay behind “competitive”. Another buries the seniority level in paragraph four, under twelve technologies, only two of which matter. A third posts a range in one currency and a commitment in another unit. Read forty of those in a week and you stop comparing roles and start comparing whoever wrote the clearest ad.

So we do that reading first. Every role goes through an enrichment pass that pulls the posting apart and rewrites it against a fixed schema. What comes out is not a prettier listing. It is a record with the same twenty-one fields as every other role on the platform, whether the employer supplied them or not.

Missing pay stays visibly missing rather than getting filled with a guess. That fixed shape is what lets you put two openings side by side, and it is the only thing the fit score reads from.

How the matching runs

  1. You upload a resume

PDF, DOC, or DOCX up to 3 MB. No form, no email, no account. We check what is inside the file before we accept it, so renamed executables and scripts get rejected at the door.

  2. We build an anonymous profile

We pull out your skills, seniority, and the domains you have worked in. Your name, email, and phone number stay on our servers and never reach an employer.

  3. You get a ranked list

You see a fit score on every live role in under 20 seconds. Above 70% is a strong match. Above 50% is worth a look. Upload the same resume again and results come back instantly.

Apply from your ranked list, and your application is logged, screened by our ATS, and forwarded only if you qualify. Running a match never puts you on a recruiter call list.

What we cover

NearSkill runs a single pipeline built for technical and AI work: generative AI training, data science, localized language evaluation, and advanced software engineering. Roles come from verified employers and partner hiring programs, and each one is structured before it appears.

How we operate

AI data maturation
We extract, standardize, and enrich messy role data into precise skill tags and transparent compensation models. Two roles from two employers land on the same fields, so you can put them side by side.
Accountless utility
There is no sign-up, because there is nothing to sign up for. Your profile stays anonymous, your resume stays yours, and results never sit behind a data wall.
Tech and AI specialization
One pipeline built for generative AI training, data science, localized language evaluation, and advanced software engineering. We leave generalist hiring to the job boards.

Common questions

Is NearSkill a job board?

No. A job board stores postings and shows them back to you. NearSkill is a matching engine: it rewrites each role into a structured record with skill tags, seniority, and a compensation model, then scores that record against your resume. Applications submitted through NearSkill are logged and screened before they reach an employer. The ranking is the product, not the list.

Is NearSkill free for job seekers?

Yes. Matching, fit scores, and role listings cost nothing. NearSkill never charges job seekers and there is no subscription, trial, or paid tier to upgrade into.

Do I need an account?

No. Upload a resume, read your matches, and apply through NearSkill. There is no sign-up wall, no email capture, and no verification step before you see results.

What does a fit score mean?

A fit score measures how much your profile overlaps with what a role asks for: your skills, your years of experience, and the industries you have worked in. Above 70% is a strong match. Above 50% is worth a look.

How is my resume handled?

We process your resume in a sandboxed environment and store it encrypted. We parse it into an anonymous skills profile used only for matching. Your name, email, and contact details never leave our servers, and we share nothing with employers.

Does NearSkill apply to jobs for me?

No. NearSkill ranks roles and shows you the strongest fits. When you apply through NearSkill, your application is logged and screened, and qualified profiles move forward. Running a match never puts you on a recruiter call list.
