What You'll Do8
- 1Quality monitoring: spot-check Latvian items, identify quality issues, and deliver targeted feedback to trainers via direct messages.

- 7Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of Latvian language guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Process improvement: identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA workflows for Latvian-language projects.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or Master's in Latvian, linguistics, translation, communications, English, education, quality assurance, or a related field.
- 2Native or near-native Latvian with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Proficient English to follow project guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Latvian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5Strong grasp of Latvian grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, declension, case endings, gender agreement, tone, register, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Latvian content against rubrics and identify mistranslation, awkward phrasing, missing diacritics, incorrect terminology, or tone issues.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
- 8Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
- 9Highly detail-oriented and organized; capable of maintaining style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
