What You'll Do7
- 1Review AI-generated Ukrainian content and craft prompts plus gold-standard answers across domains such as general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.
- 2Evaluate outputs for fluency, correctness, tone alignment, and cultural appropriateness, delivering precise feedback and concrete rewrite suggestions.
- 3Rate and compare multiple AI responses using a rubric and identify best-practice examples to guide future generations of prompts.
- 4Produce high-quality rewrites and model answers that showcase proper Ukrainian syntax, punctuation, and terminologies.
- 5Flag factual inaccuracies, mistranslations, calques, ambiguity, or register mismatches and document these in a structured QA report.
- 6Collaborate with AI data training teams to refine prompts, rubrics, and localization guidelines for UI or product content.
- 7Ensure consistency with style guides and maintain terminology across localization tasks.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in linguistics, Ukrainian/English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Ukrainian proficiency (reading and writing).
- 3Strong professional proficiency in English (minimum C1) to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
- 43+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Ukrainian grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, and style; able to explain why a correction is needed and how to fix it.
- 6Comfort with multiple registers and professional Ukrainian business writing norms; consistent terminology for product/UI localization.
- 7High attention to detail to spot meaning shifts, calques, hallucinations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, remote contractor adaptable to different time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
