Overview
As a remote hourly contractor, you’ll lead Polish quality across AI training projects. You’ll review AI-generated Polish content and oversee trainer and QA outputs against style guides and project rubrics. You’ll coordinate Discord communications, share updates on guidelines, and help build onboarding materials to keep teams aligned. Your focus on Polish grammar and cultural context helps ensure outputs are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with client expectations.
What You'll Do8

- 4DM inactive or non-working contributors to encourage activation and track follow-ups.
- 5Create and maintain Polish project documentation, including style guides, quality notes, onboarding materials, and examples.
- 6Lead onboarding calls to explain project workflows, rubrics, and Polish-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Polish language guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA process improvements for Polish-language work.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Polish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Proficiency in English to follow guidelines, communicate with teams, and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Polish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language workflows.
- 5Strong understanding of Polish grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, declension, gender agreement, word order, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Polish content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, awkward phrasing, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs preferred.
- 8Comfortable working remotely with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9Highly detail-oriented and organized, with ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
