Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Polish/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Polish with reading and writing proficiency.
- 3Strong professional English proficiency (C1) to follow guidelines and provide detailed feedback.
- 43+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Polish grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, and style; able to explain fixes clearly.
- 6Experience with formal and informal registers, Polish business writing norms, and consistent localization terminology.
- 7Excellent attention to detail to spot subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, or cultural mismatches.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in hourly remote contractor work across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
