As a remote Pharmacist SME, you review AI-generated medication content and craft expert pharmacotherapy explanations for training data. You will evaluate the clinical reasoning behind dosing guidance, contraindications, and drug interactions to ensure patient safety. You create clear, model solutions that demonstrate solid clinical reasoning and accurate drug information for healthcare teams. What You'll Do8
- 1Develop AI training prompts and gold-standard pharmacy responses across therapeutics, drug information, counseling, and medication safety topics.
- 2Review and rate AI responses to improve safety, clinical correctness, and clarity.
- 3Create high-quality explanations and step-by-step clinical problem solving that illustrate correct clinical reasoning and clear explanations.
- 4Validate AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias; test reliability across use cases and patient populations.
- 5Document feedback and provide concrete prompts for model improvement.
- 6Align content with real-world practice workflows including medication reconciliation, guideline-based therapy, and patient counseling.
- 7Maintain compliance with licensure standards and pharmacology guidelines during content creation.
- 8Collaborate with remote teams across time zones on hourly engagements.
Requirements8
- 1PharmD or BPharm/MPharm with active licensure (or eligibility) and solid grounding in pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety.
- 25+ years of professional pharmacy practice across settings such as hospital, community, ambulatory care, or managed care.
- 3Confident pharmacotherapy reasoning and ability to explain why recommendations follow from evidence.
- 4Understanding of disease states, guideline-based therapy, medication reconciliation, and patient care workflows across settings.
- 5Attention to detail when fact-checking drug content, identifying contraindications, drug interactions, allergies, or lab interpretations.
- 6Ability to evaluate answers for internal consistency and safety implications across time zones in an hourly remote contract.
- 7Strong preference for experience with AI data training, medication-use evaluation, drug information, clinical documentation review, PBM/managed care review, or healthcare editorial QA.
- 8English proficiency at least at the C1 level.
