Requirements8
- 1DDS or DMD with active dental licensure (or eligibility) and a strong foundation in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
- 25+ years of clinical dentistry experience (general, hospital, community, or dental specialty).
- 3Demonstrated ability to reason clinically, articulate how evidence supports conclusions, and distinguish urgent from routine cases.
- 4Solid understanding of caries, periodontal disease, endodontic pathology, oral lesions, dental materials, and procedural fundamentals.
- 5Exceptional attention to detail for fact-checking clinical content, recognizing contraindications, medication risks, and ensuring patient safety; minimum C1 English.
- 6Comfort assessing internal consistency from history and exam to diagnosis and plan, and evaluating setting appropriateness and safety implications.
- 7Reliable, self-directed, able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 8Previous experience with AI data training, clinical documentation review, peer review, utilization review, or dental editorial QA is strongly preferred.
