Overview
Turing is building the clinical cases that train and test advanced AI models, and needs a licensed clinical pharmacist to write and grade them. You will design longitudinal chart scenarios, reference answers and scoring rubrics across medication reconciliation, medication safety and clinical pharmacology, then judge how well a model reasons through each one. The engagement runs 12 weeks as a remote contractor project, at 20 or 40 hours per week, with four hours of overlap against Pacific working hours. Target start date is November 2, 2026.
What You'll Do6
- Write clinical pharmacy tasks, longitudinal chart scenarios, reference answers and scoring rubrics tied to medication reconciliation, medication safety and clinical pharmacology.
- Reassemble fragmented patient records, surface contradictions and missing actions, then assess the clinical reasoning and documentation behind each response.
- Score model output against structured rubrics and flag where documentation quality or patient safety falls short.
- Review feedback from other specialists and rework cases through calibration rounds until each one holds up.
- Set defensible clinical standards for your specialty so reviewers and models work from the same benchmark.
- Track how cases perform across review cycles and tighten wording wherever a rubric or answer proves ambiguous.
Requirements6
- Three or more years of professional experience, with current practice or practice within the last three years.
- An active pharmacist license or a recognized credential suited to clinical pharmacy.
- A relevant healthcare degree or comparable hands-on experience.
- Solid clinical reasoning, chart-review and documentation skills, plus clear written communication.
- A habit of grounding conclusions in evidence and watching for patient safety risks.
- Comfort with standardized rubrics, written critique and repeated calibration cycles.
Preferred Qualifications2
- Familiarity with US clinical guidelines, payer policies, regulatory requirements and healthcare workflows.
- Background in AI evaluation, clinical content or assessment development, expert review or quality improvement.
Who Should Apply
A practicing clinical pharmacist with at least three years behind them and a current license, at ease reading messy charts and defending conclusions in writing. Strong fit for someone who has built assessments, reviewed clinical content or run quality improvement work and wants remote contract hours, part-time or full-time.
Salary Insight
The rate is USD 38 per hour on a contractor engagement, with part-time (20 hours) and full-time (40 hours) schedules both available. For US pharmacist chart review and clinical content work, that lands in the middle of typical ranges, about what someone several years into practice earns outside of dispensing roles.
