Overview
AfterQuery builds evaluation and training data for frontier AI labs. This contract asks a licensed pharmacist to write and review pharmaceutical reasoning challenges that test whether an AI model can handle real clinical decisions. You will work 15 hours per week on a remote, asynchronous basis and focus on clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, and medication safety cases. Your cases help the model tell safe, accurate pharmacy practice from plausible but wrong answers.

- 2Create reference answers that show the steps a licensed pharmacist would take, including the evidence and guidelines behind each choice.
- 3Review model responses for pharmaceutical errors, unsafe advice, and gaps in clinical logic.
- 4Adapt challenge sets to specialties such as community pharmacy, hospital practice, and ambulatory care.
- 5Revise questions after feedback from reviewers or from model performance data.
- 6Document the clinical rationale for each case so reviewers outside pharmacy can follow the intended answer.
- 7Flag edge cases where guidelines conflict, evidence is thin, or patient context changes the correct response.
- 8Meet production targets for a 15-hour contract while working on your own schedule.

- 1Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- 2Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
- 3Experience in clinical practice, pharmacy education, or pharmaceutical research.

- 5Strong analytical skills plus clear written and verbal communication.
- 6High attention to detail when checking drug facts, calculations, and clinical logic.
- 7Several years of pharmacy practice or substantial clinical experience across settings such as community, hospital, and ambulatory care.
- 8Board certification such as BCPS, BCACP, or BCOP, or completion of residency training.
- 9Past work on pharmaceutical publications, policy, or healthcare technology projects.
