What You'll Do6

• Design pharmaceutical reasoning questions that force a model to interpret drug therapy, dosing, interactions, and patient-specific factors.
• Write clinical scenarios tied to community, hospital, or ambulatory care settings and map the reasoning steps a pharmacist would follow.
• Evaluate model answers for clinical accuracy, flag unsafe or incomplete reasoning, and document the gaps for review.
• Refine prompts and answer keys so each challenge has a clear, defensible pharmacy standard behind it.
• Apply your active license and PharmD training to catch errors that a generalist reviewer would miss.
• Contribute specialty knowledge from your practice background to expand coverage across pharmacy domains.

Requirements7

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Clinical practice, pharmacy education, or pharmaceutical research experience that covers more than one pharmacy specialty.
• Strong analytical reading, writing, and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Several years of pharmacy practice or substantial clinical work, with exposure to settings such as community, hospital, or ambulatory care.
• Board certification (BCPS, BCACP, BCOP) or residency training strengthens an application.
• Prior work on pharmaceutical publications, policy, or healthcare technology projects is a plus.
