- 5Exceptional attention to detail in fact-checking medical content and identifying unsafe assumptions or misinterpretations; English proficiency at C1 or higher.
- 6Comfort evaluating answers for internal consistency and patient safety across settings (ED vs outpatient) in a remote workflow.
- 7Reliable, self-directed, hourly contractor who can maintain quality across time zones.
- 8Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, clinical documentation review, utilization review, or healthcare editorial QA is strongly preferred.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates bring a medical or public health background with at least five years in relevant fields and a proven ability to justify conclusions with evidence. They excel at explaining reasoning steps and can spot red flags, missing contraindications, or test misinterpretations. Less suitable for applicants without a relevant bachelor's degree or insufficient clinical experience, or those who struggle to produce clear, evidence-based feedback in English.
