What You'll Do6
- 1Review AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, safety, and alignment with NP scope across multiple specialties.
- 2Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers for NP assessment, diagnosis, management, patient education, and documentation.
- 3Evaluate AI outputs and provide structured feedback to improve correctness, clarity, and contextual relevance.
- 4Identify and report inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and potential bias; document findings and suggested corrections.
- 5Collaborate with data scientists to refine prompts, guidelines, and model expectations; maintain clear records of evaluations.
- 6Maintain high-quality, consistent feedback within a remote hourly contractor workflow across time zones.
Requirements9
- 1Active NP/APRN license (or eligibility) in at least one jurisdiction.
- 25+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ in an advanced practice role.
- 3Strong clinical_reasoning including differential diagnosis, triage, red-flag recognition, and escalation.
- 4Experience with follow-up planning, referrals, and patient education across common and complex conditions.
- 5Solid medication_safety judgment including contraindications and interactions, with relevant renal/hepatic considerations.
- 6Exceptional attention to detail for fact-checking and identifying unsafe assumptions; minimum C1 English proficiency.
- 7Comfort evaluating internal consistency and dosing/testing appropriateness across settings (ED, inpatient, outpatient).
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver quality work as a remote contractor across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with ai_data_training, annotation, utilization review, or healthcare editorial QA is strongly preferred.
