This remote, hourly contractor role oversees quality for Persian and Farsi AI training projects, ensuring language is natural and culturally appropriate. You will review AI-generated Persian content and trainer QA output, measuring results against project rubrics and delivering precise written feedback. You’ll maintain project documentation, including style guides and onboarding materials, to keep teams aligned as guidelines evolve. What You'll Do8
- 1Spot-check Persian content for quality, flag issues, and provide ongoing feedback to trainers and QAs via DMs on Discord.
- 2Communicate project updates, new item guidelines, and quality expectations to teams on Discord and within trackers.
- 3Answer questions about Persian wording, tone, RTL formatting, and script conventions with clear, actionable guidance.
- 4Activate and motivate inactive contributors, track follow-ups, and surface availability issues to keep projects moving.
- 5Create and maintain Persian project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding calls to explain rubrics, quality standards, and Persian-specific style/script requirements.
- 7Ensure trainers and QAs consistently apply updated Persian language guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA workflows for Persian-language projects.
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Persian, Farsi, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Persian/Farsi with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English proficiency to follow project guidelines and communicate with teams.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Persian language workflows such as writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related areas.
- 5Deep understanding of Persian grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, and right-to-left script conventions.
- 6Familiarity with Iranian Persian, formal versus conversational usage, and regional variation.
- 7Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and identify mistranslation, unnatural tone, incorrect register, formatting issues, hallucinations, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 8Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is preferred.
- 9Comfort with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 10Detail-oriented and organized; able to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 11Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM QA, or rubric-based evaluation is a strong plus.
