What You'll Do10
- 1Spot-check Arabic items and flag quality issues, delivering precise written feedback and escalating as needed
- 2Coordinate with trainers and QAs on Discord to communicate new guidelines, project changes, and quality expectations
- 3Respond promptly to questions about Arabic wording, grammar, dialect, RTL formatting, and terminology to maintain consistency
- 4Activate and re-engage contributors showing inactivity, track follow-ups, and report availability concerns
- 5Create and maintain Arabic project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, and onboarding materials
- 6Lead onboarding sessions with trainers and QAs to explain rubrics, workflows, and quality standards
- 7Ensure consistent application of Arabic language guidelines across projects and teams
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and suggest scalable QA process improvements for Arabic content
- 9Maintain project rubrics and documentation to reflect updates in guidelines and style rules
- 10Manage remote collaboration effectively across a distributed team in a fast-moving environment
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Translation, or related field
- 2Native or near-native Arabic with strong reading and writing skills
- 3Strong English reading and writing skills to follow guidelines and provide feedback
- 43+ years in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language workflows
- 5Deep understanding of Arabic grammar, spelling, diacritics, punctuation, RTL formatting, tone, and Modern Standard Arabic
- 6Experience evaluating Arabic content against rubrics and identifying issues like mistranslation or dialect inconsistency
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote training or QA teams is preferred
- 8Comfort with remote tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems
- 9Highly detail-oriented with ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM QA, or rubric-based evaluation is a plus
