What You'll Do5
- 1Create prompts and gold-standard Persian responses across multiple domains, including translation and localization tasks.
- 2Evaluate AI outputs for fluency, tone, register, meaning preservation, and terminology quality, providing concrete feedback.
- 3Identify unsafe content, factual inaccuracies, bias, and culturally inappropriate phrasing, validating reliability across use cases.
- 4Produce rewrites and model answers that demonstrate strong Persian writing standards and best practices.
- 5Rate and compare multiple AI responses to guide model improvements and QA workflows.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, Persian language, literature, English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Persian proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Professional English proficiency at C1 level or higher to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
- 43+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, or language-focused roles.
- 5Deep knowledge of Persian grammar, spelling, punctuation, script, RTL formatting, ezafe, verb forms, word order, tone, and style; ability to explain fixes clearly.
- 6Experience with multiple Persian registers (formal, conversational, Dari, Tajik variants) depending on audience.
