What You'll Do7

Requirements10
- 1bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, translation, arabic language, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 2native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong writing and editing skills across Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian Arabic preferred).
- 3english proficiency at a C1 level for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
- 43+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
- 5excellent attention to detail and ability to apply rubrics in high-volume hourly contractor work.
- 6strong fact-checking habits and comfort validating claims using reputable sources.
- 7ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological errors, and unclear explanations even when language is fluent.
- 8comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with reliable availability and communication.
- 9prior experience with AI data training workflows and annotation is strongly preferred.
- 10familiarity with Arabic localization conventions for MENA is preferred.
