- 1Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2Hebrew proficiency native or near-native with strong writing and editing across formal and informal registers.
- 3English proficiency at C1 level for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
- 43+ years in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
- 5Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply rubrics consistently in high-volume contractor work.
- 6Strong fact_checking habits and comfort validating claims against reputable sources.
- 7Ability to identify reasoning gaps and methodological errors even when language is fluent.
- 8Comfort working independently in a remote asynchronous environment with reliable availability and communication.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
- 10Familiarity with Israeli cultural context and terminology norms across common domains is preferred.
