What You'll Do7
- 1Review AI-generated Lithuanian outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, and tone, and annotate edits with clear rationale.
- 2Create prompts and gold-standard Lithuanian answers across domains such as general knowledge, customer support, education, and localization.
- 3Assess language quality and step-by-step reasoning across responses and provide targeted written feedback.
- 4Identify unsafe content, factual errors, bias, mistranslations, or culturally inappropriate phrasing and flag concerns.
- 5Write high-quality rewrites and model answers that illustrate best writing practices in Lithuanian.
- 6Rate and compare multiple AI responses to inform improvements and guide future prompts.
- 7Document findings in a clear, structured feedback format for downstream QA and data labeling teams.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in linguistics, Lithuanian language, Lithuanian literature, English literature, translation, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 2Native or near-native Lithuanian with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Professional English proficiency at C1 or higher to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language work.
- 5Deep knowledge of Lithuanian grammar, punctuation, diacritics, cases, declension, conjugation, tone, and style; able to explain errors and fixes.
- 6Comfort with multiple registers including formal, neutral, conversational, professional, educational, and public-facing Lithuanian.
- 7Exceptional attention to detail for subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, and culturally mismatched wording.
- 8Reliable, self-directed remote contractor capable of delivering consistent quality across time zones.
- 9Experience with AI data training, annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, localization QA, or rubric-based evaluation is preferred.
