What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor Danish items for quality, providing precise feedback via direct messages and escalating recurring issues to maintain consistency.
- 2Communicate new item guidelines, project changes, and quality expectations to trainers and QAs through Discord.
- 3Answer questions about Danish wording, tone, and cultural context with clear, rubric-based guidance.
- 4Activate contributors who are idle or underperforming; track follow-ups and flag availability issues as needed.
- 5Create and maintain Danish project documentation, including style_guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding and training sessions for trainers and QAs to explain project expectations, rubrics, and Danish-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Danish language guidelines across teams and update them as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps, propose workflow improvements, and help build scalable QA processes for Danish-language projects.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or Master's in Danish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 2Native or near-native Danish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English to follow project guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Danish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5Deep understanding of Danish grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, business writing norms, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Danish content against rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, awkward phrasing, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
- 8Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using Discord, Google Docs, Google Sheets, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9Detail-oriented and organized; able to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
