Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Danish/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Danish proficiency (reading and writing).
- 3Strong English proficiency (C1 or higher) to follow guidelines and provide detailed feedback in English.
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Danish grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, and style with ability to explain corrections.
- 6Comfort with multiple registers (formal/informal) and adapting Danish business writing for Denmark vs global users.
- 7High attention to detail to spot subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation preferred.
