As the Dutch QA Lead, oversee quality and consistency across remote AI training projects focused on Dutch content. Review AI-generated Dutch outputs and trainers' work against project rubrics and guidelines, delivering precise written feedback. What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor Dutch content quality across AI training tasks and flag issues, delivering written feedback through direct messages on Discord and documented notes.
- 2Communicate project changes, new item guidelines, and quality expectations to trainers and QAs on Discord.
- 3Answer questions about Dutch wording, tone, and cultural context with clear English guidance.
- 4Manage activation and follow-ups for inactive contributors; track availability and re-engagement in Google Sheets.
- 5Develop and maintain Dutch project documentation, including style guides, FAQs, trackers, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding sessions and training calls to align teams with rubrics and Dutch-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Dutch language guidelines as projects evolve and updates roll out.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA workflow improvements for Dutch-language projects.
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Excellent English to follow project guidelines and provide clear feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Dutch writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5Deep knowledge of Dutch grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, and business writing norms.
- 6Ability to work with Netherlands Dutch and/or Belgian Dutch (Flemish) variants, with clear statement of supported variant(s).
- 7Ability to evaluate Dutch content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, unnatural tone, or inconsistent terminology.
- 8Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
- 9Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using tools like Discord, Google Docs, and Google Sheets for collaboration and tracking.
- 10Strong attention to detail and organization; able to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 11Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
Who Should Apply

Salary Insight
