Swedish Quality Assurance Lead for AI Training Remote
Overview
As a remote contract lead, you’ll steer Swedish QA across AI training projects and supervise trainer performance. You’ll review AI-generated Swedish content, compare it against project rubrics, and deliver precise written feedback. Collaboration with trainers and QAs happens mainly through Discord, Google Docs, and trackers to maintain consistent quality. You’ll craft and maintain Swedish documentation, onboarding materials, and style guides to support scalable QA workflows. This role supports world-class AI models by ensuring Swedish output is accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with client expectations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor Swedish items for quality, flag issues, and provide targeted feedback through direct messages.
- 2Coordinate with trainers and QAs on Discord to communicate new guidelines and project updates.
- 3Answer Swedish wording, grammar, and terminology questions with clear, guideline-aligned responses.
- 4Reach out to inactive contributors, track follow-ups, and flag availability concerns to keep projects on track.
- 5Create and maintain Swedish project docs, style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding sessions to explain expectations, rubrics, and language-specific requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Swedish style guidelines across teams and projects.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA process improvements for Swedish tasks.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s in Swedish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Swedish with strong reading and writing skills and solid English for guidance and feedback.
- 33+ years in Swedish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related language-review workflows.
- 4Deep understanding of Swedish grammar, punctuation, tone, and cultural context across formal, neutral, and conversational styles.
- 5Proven ability to evaluate Swedish content against detailed rubrics for translation fidelity, tone, and terminology consistency.
- 6Prior experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, or QAs is preferred.
- 7Comfort with asynchronous remote tools like Discord, Google Sheets, Docs, and project trackers.

Salary Insight
60 per hour. Pay is assessed hourly and discussed in the interview process.
