What You'll Do9
- 1Lead QA across C# AI training tasks, ensuring outputs align with guidelines and surfacing recurring issues.
- 2Review C# code, .NET snippets, API samples, and tests; provide actionable feedback.
- 3Communicate guideline updates to contributors on Discord, and maintain C#-focused review standards.
- 4Field questions on .NET behavior, async/await, LINQ, DI, EF Core, testing, security, and rubric interpretation.
- 5DM inactive contributors, track follow-ups, and flag availability to keep the review pipeline moving.
- 6Create and maintain C# style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, calibration tasks, and onboarding materials.
- 7Conduct onboarding sessions for C# contributors.
- 8Flag insecure, misleading, non-executable, or non-production-ready C#/.NET recommendations.
- 9Identify recurring gaps in QA workflows and propose process improvements.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or master's in computer science, software engineering, IT, or equivalent professional software experience.
- 2Strong English skills to follow guidelines and provide precise technical feedback.
- 3Minimum 3 years of professional work in C#/.NET development, backend engineering, or related fields.
- 4Deep knowledge of C# syntax, OOP, LINQ, generics, collections, exceptions, async/await, tasks, DI, nullable reference types, records, delegates/events, and .NET runtime behavior.
- 5Ability to identify issues such as illogical logic, non-executable code, flawed async usage, poor error handling, weak type safety, security risks, hallucinated APIs, or incomplete explanations.
- 6Familiarity with .NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, xUnit/NUnit/MSTest, Visual Studio or Rider, NuGet, cloud providers (Azure, AWS), Docker, GitHub, CI/CD, and logging/observability tools.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, reviewers, engineers, coding mentors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
- 8Comfortable using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, GitHub, and PM systems.
- 9Highly organized and able to maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, onboarding materials, calibration tasks, and quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, LLM evaluation, code QA, or rubric-based code review is a strong plus.
