- 22+ years of professional C# experience
- 3strong proficiency with C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, async/await, LINQ)
- 4experience with relational databases (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL) and data access patterns (EF Core and/or Dapper)
- 5experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker
- 6strong English writing skills at C1 level or higher

- 8preferred: prior AI data training, annotation, or model QA experience
