Overview
We're looking for experienced in-house transactional attorneys to join a pioneering project at the intersection of law and AI. This part-time, remote role involves evaluating and improving how AI models handle contract review and negotiations. Your expertise will directly shape the next generation of legal tech tools.
What You'll Do4
- 1Run through simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to test AI performance.
- 2Review AI-generated contract responses and provide expert feedback to improve accuracy and legal judgment.
- 3Develop objective grading criteria and evaluation frameworks to consistently assess AI output on contract tasks.
- 4Work closely with product and research teams to refine data sets and guidelines for AI-driven contract analysis.
Requirements4
- 1A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2At least three years of in-house experience handling technology transactions—specifically negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- 4Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems and collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
