What You'll Do4
- 1Create, review, and deliver polished templates, samples, and annotated examples of key commercial agreement types, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), lease agreements, IP licensing, and marketing agreements.
- 2Ensure all documents adhere to current legal standards, reflect industry best practices, and are grounded in practical, real-world commercial scenarios.
- 3Submit well-organized, high-quality documents that will be integrated into an AI training dataset, requiring a strong attention to clarity and accuracy.
- 4Communicate promptly and professionally with the team — both in writing and verbally — to clarify requirements, ask questions, and confirm deliverables as needed.
Requirements5
- 1Current or recently qualified commercial attorney with hands-on experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- 2Solid working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP contracts, and marketing contracts.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous focus on precision in contractual language.
- 4Ability to independently create or adapt legal documents for practical use, and experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
- 5A detail-oriented mindset to ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices — familiarity with legal technology or AI platforms is a plus.
