Overview

A remote contractor role focused on creating practical commercial documents for a seeding project. You’ll draft and refine templates and samples for MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and other licensing contracts. Your work will support real-world use cases and help train next‑gen AI systems, with documents delivered per item. You should deliver high‑quality, standards‑compliant materials and communicate clearly with the team as needed. MSAs, Lease Agreements, and IP Licensing are key areas you’ll contribute to.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Draft and refine master service agreements, lease contracts, IP licensing deals, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements into usable templates and annotated samples.
  • 2Review each document to ensure alignment with current legal standards and industry best practices while reflecting practical commercial use cases.
  • 3Produce well-structured documents suitable for inclusion in the AI training dataset and submit them on a per-document basis.
  • 4Provide prompt, professional written and verbal clarification to confirm requirements and deliverables.
  • 5Maintain high attention to detail to avoid confidential, NDA-protected, proprietary, or MNPI content in any submissions.

Requirements5

  • 1Licensed or recently qualified commercial attorney with hands-on contract drafting and negotiation exposure.
  • 2Experience with standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, leases, IP licenses, and marketing contracts.
  • 3Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise and clear contractual language.
  • 4Proven ability to draft or adapt documents for real-world scenarios and practical use cases.
  • 5Experience working remotely and delivering assignments autonomously, with a meticulous approach to compliance.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate is a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney who has drafted and negotiated MSAs, leases, IP licensing, and marketing agreements. The role may not be a fit for someone who does not have recent contract drafting experience or who cannot commit to document‑driven work. Common fit signals include a track record of producing high‑quality contract templates and comfort delivering work independently in a remote setting. Expect possible concerns if you lack familiarity with standard commercial agreements or struggle with precise legal language.

Salary Insight

Pay is $80 - $100 per hour and is paid per document delivered. Final compensation is discussed as part of the engagement.
