Overview
We're looking for seasoned transactional attorneys to help train the next generation of legal AI. In this part-time, remote role, you'll simulate contract negotiations, review and assess AI-generated outputs, and provide expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle deal documents. Your work will shape tools that bring greater precision and judgment to automated contract analysis.
What You'll Do4
- 1Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to test AI capabilities.
- 2Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, offering detailed feedback to enhance model accuracy.
- 3Develop objective grading criteria and assessment frameworks to measure AI performance on contract-related tasks.
- 4Partner with product and research teams to refine data sets, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
Requirements3
- 1A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2At least 3 years of in-house experience focusing on technology transactions, with proven expertise negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 3Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable guidance for AI systems, plus meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication.
