What You'll Do7

Requirements8
- 1Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2At least 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong record managing document-heavy cases through discovery and dispositive motions.
- 3Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities, particularly in issue spotting and document analysis.
- 4Demonstrated expertise in developing case strategies and drafting motions.
- 5Proven ability to manage discovery processes and oversee complex legal document review projects.
- 6Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- 7Comfort with remote, digital-first work environments and technology tools.
- 8Preferred: Experience on law review or journal editorial boards, including substantive editing and cite-checking.
