What You'll Do4
- 1Engage in simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to mimic real-world deal scenarios.
- 2Review AI-generated responses to contract tasks, providing detailed expert feedback to enhance model accuracy and judgment.
- 3Develop objective scoring frameworks and grading rubrics to rigorously assess AI performance on contract-related work.
- 4Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data sets, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven legal tools.
Requirements4
- 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2At least 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm, with strong familiarity with APAs and SPAs.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail, plus the ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- 4Preferred: Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or similar training initiatives, and experience working with private equity firms.
