Thai Bilingual Writer for AI Voice Evaluation (Remote)
Overview
Help shape a next-generation voice assistant by recording natural interactions in Thai on your own Mac. You'll speak everyday commands across email, messaging, and productivity apps, then rate how well the AI responds. This 4-week remote contract runs immediately and requires a Mac powered by an Apple Silicon chip (M1 or newer) running macOS Sequoia 15.0+. Partnering with a leading AI lab, you'll log each task and provide clean transcripts to benchmark the assistant's bilingual performance.
What You'll Do5
- 1Use your voice to compose emails, messages, and notes inside everyday apps.
- 2Direct the AI to complete actions like creating images, adjusting text formats, applying spreadsheet formulas, or summarizing documents.
- 3Dictate each request and then produce a clean, error-free transcript of your own speech.
- 4Score the AI assistant's responses for relevance, clarity, and correctness.
- 5Record every session's details in a structured spreadsheet and upload the accompanying audio files to the shared drive.
Requirements5
- 1Native or near-native Thai proficiency, ideally having grown up in Thailand.
- 2Ability to follow English instructions comfortably.
- 3Own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.
- 4Regular hands-on experience with standard productivity apps like email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, and web browsers.
- 5Comfort with detailed, structured data entry and self-reviewing your work for accuracy.
Who Should Apply
Native Thai speakers who naturally spend their day in productivity apps and enjoy precise tasks will excel here. You must own the required Mac hardware and understand English well enough to follow setup instructions. If you lack the Apple Silicon Mac or Thai fluency, this role isn't a fit. Candidates also get rejected when they can't demonstrate habitually using tools like email and spreadsheets in Thai or when they freeze on structured logging.
Salary Insight
This contract pays $15 per hour for the 4-week project. That's a typical hourly rate for short-term language evaluation gigs, fitting someone comfortable with repetitive but careful work.
