- 4Coordinate Operations staff and Health/Medicine domain experts to enable fast deployment.
- 5Establish delivery milestones and maintain a tight execution schedule.
- 6Handle all client communication, ensuring clarity, directness, and consistency.
- 7Supervise Health/Medicine domain experts and project leads to guarantee quality and on-time delivery.
- 8Provide daily internal updates covering progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.
Requirements8
- 1MD (Doctor of Medicine) or equivalent medical degree.
- 22+ years of professional experience in medicine, healthcare, clinical practice, medical research, or a related area.
- 32+ years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or healthcare-related initiatives.
- 4Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior healthcare and medical experts.
- 5Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
- 6Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution.
- 7Ability to turn ambiguous customer requirements into clear plans and execute rapidly.
- 8Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Salary Insight
The national pay range for this full-time position is a base salary of $180,000 to $230,000 USD. Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policies. Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and other perks for a remote-first workforce.
