- 5Establish delivery milestones and maintain a disciplined execution rhythm.
- 6Lead client communications with concise, direct updates and aligned expectations.
- 7Manage finance domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- 8Provide daily internal progress updates highlighting blockers and next steps.
