- 4Coordinate Operations and Finance domain experts to enable rapid deployment.
- 5Establish delivery milestones and maintain a tight execution schedule.
- 6Handle all client communication, keeping it clear, direct, and consistent.
- 7Manage Finance domain experts and project leads to uphold quality and meet delivery targets.
- 8Provide daily internal updates covering progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.
Requirements7
- 1Solid background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
- 2Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior Finance experts.
- 3Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
- 4Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution.
- 5At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance-related initiatives.
- 6Ability to turn ambiguous customer requirements into clear plans and execute rapidly.

Salary Insight
The pay range for this full-time position is a base salary of $180,000 to $230,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policies.
