Strategic Projects Lead for Coding Data Pipelines
Overview
As a Strategic Projects Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You’ll partner with AI Lab clients, software engineers, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery. You will define task specs, oversee automation of workflows, and monitor pipeline health to meet timelines and quality standards. This remote, full-time role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on measurable outcomes coding and data operations throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and client alignment.
- 2Automate pipeline workflows from task generation to validation, QC, and reporting.
- 3Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain consistency and top-tier quality.
- 4Specify task parameters, create golden samples, and set review rubrics to define clear quality targets.
- 5Monitor pipeline health using metrics like quality, average handling time, and throughput, then drive improvements.
- 6Lead ongoing enhancements based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 2Solid grounding in software engineering and core coding principles.
- 3At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects, operational efforts, or complex data workflows.
- 4Strong analytical skills with a track record of using metrics to improve processes.
- 5Ability to translate client needs into precise technical specs and scalable workflows.
- 6Proven stakeholder management and clear communication across technical and client-facing teams.
- 7Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership, automation, and execution.
