• Own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and client alignment.
• Automate pipeline workflows from task generation to validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain consistency and top-tier quality.
• Specify task parameters, create golden samples, and set review rubrics to define clear quality targets.
• Monitor pipeline health using metrics like quality, average handling time, and throughput, then drive improvements.
• Lead ongoing enhancements based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.

Requirements7

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Solid grounding in software engineering and core coding principles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects, operational efforts, or complex data workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using metrics to improve processes.
• Ability to translate client needs into precise technical specs and scalable workflows.
• Proven stakeholder management and clear communication across technical and client-facing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership, automation, and execution.
