What You'll Do6
- 1Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring elite AI lab clients receive exceptional results and ongoing satisfaction.
- 2Design and manage intricate, domain-specific data pipelines—continuously improving their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to handle large-scale workloads.
- 3Lead and mentor a team of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Legal, overseeing the quality of their work and professional growth.
- 4Act as the direct point of contact for leading AI research organizations, communicating project progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- 5Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across expert-driven workflows.
- 6Deliver executive-level reports and insights on project milestones, data performance, and operational impact to the CEO and Head of Human Data.
Requirements6
- 1A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is mandatory—you must have a strong foundation in legal principles and reasoning.
- 2Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior legal professionals and demanding clients.
- 3A proven willingness to go the extra mile, including long hours and weekends, in a dynamic startup environment that values hustle.
- 4A genuine entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive on building processes from scratch, identifying bottlenecks, and rapidly implementing solutions under pressure.
- 5Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or deep exposure to the legal domain—or any combination that gives you technical and domain fluency.
- 6At least 2+ years of leadership experience driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing complex workflows in high-stakes settings.

Salary Insight
Base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses.
