What You'll Do6
- 1Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring top-tier AI Lab clients are consistently satisfied.
- 2Design and manage complex healthcare data workflows, boosting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the board.
- 3Lead teams of Human Data Managers and Leads who oversee the work of medical subject-matter experts.
- 4Serve as the direct liaison to major AI Labs, communicating progress and results on massive, high-impact initiatives.
- 5Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize KPIs for expert-driven operations.
- 6Deliver executive-level reports and updates on project performance, data quality, and operational impact to leadership.
Requirements6
- 1An MD degree is a strong plus but not required – equivalent deep healthcare/medical exposure is valued.
- 2Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, especially when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.
- 3Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced startup environment with a builder’s mindset.
- 42+ years of leadership experience driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects (ideally healthcare-related), or optimizing complex workflows.
- 5Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or a deep understanding of healthcare/medicine.
- 6A passion for identifying inefficiencies, rapid execution, and building solutions from the ground up under high stakes.

Salary Insight
The national base salary range for this full-time role is $180,000 – $230,000 USD, plus eligibility for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses.
