What You'll Do6
- 1Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring top AI lab clients are consistently satisfied with outcomes.
- 2Oversee and refine data pipelines to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the board.
- 3Lead a team of human data managers and leads who review the work of domain experts, maintaining high quality standards.
- 4Serve as the direct point of contact with leading AI labs on massive, high-stakes projects.
- 5Collaborate with human data engineers to define, track, and optimize KPIs that measure performance and impact.
- 6Deliver executive-level reports and insights on project progress, data performance, and operational results to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

- 5At least 2 years in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing data-heavy projects, or optimizing workflows for scale.
- 6A passion for identifying inefficiencies and rapidly implementing solutions to improve quality and throughput.

Salary Insight
Base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 per year, plus eligibility for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses. Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and a 401(K) plan with company match.
