- 2Automate pipeline workflows such as task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.

- 4Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics that set clear quality standards.
- 5Monitor and improve pipeline health using metrics like quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery performance.
- 6Lead continuous improvement efforts based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2Solid grasp of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
- 32+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
- 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using metrics to drive improvements.
- 5Ability to turn client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows.
- 6Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and client-facing teams.
- 7Startup mindset with a bias toward ownership, automation, and execution.

Salary Insight
The national pay range for this full-time position is a base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses.
