Senior JavaScript/React Engineer – AI Training (US-based)

What You'll Do6

• Curate code examples and build solutions to train and benchmark large language models.
• Evaluate AI-generated code and correct errors to ensure it is efficient, scalable, and reliable.
• Build agents and automated verification tools in Python that check code quality and spot error patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions against industry benchmarks.
• Hypothesize steps in the software engineering cycle (prototyping, architecture, API design, production, launch, experiments, monitoring, maintenance) and test model capabilities on them.
• Design verification mechanisms that automatically check solutions to software engineering tasks.

Requirements6

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python expertise with deep knowledge of frameworks, tooling, and best practices for production software.
• Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software with modern languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality assessment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear, structured evaluation rationales.
• Must be based in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications2

• Experience at high-scale engineering organizations like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, or Meta.
• Degree from a top computer science program such as Stanford, MIT, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, or Georgia Tech.
