What You'll Do9
- 1Review AI-generated clinical answers against inpatient nursing documentation and decide where they meet or miss the mark.
- 2Check outputs for accuracy, complete data, and alignment with current documentation standards.
- 3Annotate and format inpatient nursing assessment records for AI training sets.
- 4Give expert feedback on nursing assessments and charting methods.
- 5Flag gaps, conflicts, or safety risks in AI-generated replies.
- 6Take a vague clinical question, research it, and return a clear recommendation.
- 7Raise issues, patterns, and improvement ideas before they grow, then help refine guidelines and taxonomies.
- 8Support other clinical product tasks as needs change, including annotation, clinical review, model evaluation, and user-feedback research.
- 9Work with engineers, product managers, and clinical scientists to improve model results.

- 2Recent acute-care inpatient bedside RN work within the last 5 years.
