As a member of this talent pool, you'll apply your clinical expertise to evaluate AI outputs, create realistic use cases, and guide the development of smarter medical AI. What You'll Do5
- Assess AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy in patient care, medication management, and documentation.
- Design realistic nursing scenarios and tasks that mirror real-world clinical challenges.
- Provide targeted feedback to improve AI reasoning in areas such as triage, treatment planning, and patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to identify knowledge gaps in nursing protocols and specialty care.
- Complete project deliverables on a flexible schedule, typically 15–30 hours per week.
Requirements4
- Proven clinical experience in direct patient care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication skills to explain domain-specific concepts clearly to technical teams.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Active nursing license or equivalent professional credential preferred.
