• Document your reasoning in writing so lab researchers can follow your clinical logic.
• Apply specialty knowledge to high-acuity scenarios such as critical care or emergency presentations.

Requirements8

• Active RN license in good standing, from an ADN or BSN program.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic or similar care setting.
• Clear, precise written communication, since every evaluation needs a written rationale.
• Comfort working independently on a remote, async schedule.
• Willingness to share your RN license number and issuing state as part of onboarding.
• BSN or MSN degree preferred.
• Specialty certification such as CCRN, CEN or OCN is a plus.
• Background in ICU, ED or another high-acuity unit is an advantage.
