Nurse AI Content Reviewer for Remote Training Data
Overview
Certified RN with active licensure reviews AI-generated nursing and clinical-care content for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality. You will craft high-quality healthcare explanations and model solutions in response to prompts across assessment, triage, safety, and documentation. You’ll identify errors in clinical assessment, triage decisions, and dosing basics while ensuring SBAR documentation stays clear. This remote, hourly contract supports SME Careers and its AI data services, collaborating with global teams to improve model reliability. Expect precise feedback that informs updates to prompts and training data.
What You'll Do7
- 1Review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses for accuracy, safety, and adherence to SBAR-standard documentation.
- 2Provide precise written feedback and exemplar solutions across topics like assessment, triage, safety, and patient education.
- 3Create gold-standard prompts and model answers to guide future AI training workflows.
- 4Fact-check medical information, verify dosing logic, contraindications, and care planning steps.
- 5Rate multiple responses for reasoning quality and correctness, documenting actionable improvement notes.
- 6Collaborate with AI data teams to improve reliability, reduce unsafe guidance, and expand coverage of nursing topics.
- 7Stay current on disease processes and nursing interventions across acute and outpatient settings.
Requirements8
- 1active RN license or equivalent nursing qualification with registration in at least one jurisdiction (or eligible).
- 23–5+ years of professional nursing experience in clinical or community settings.
- 3Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills: vitals interpretation, red-flag recognition, escalation, and safe handoffs.
- 4Solid understanding of common disease processes and nursing interventions across acute and outpatient settings.
- 5Excellent attention to detail with the ability to fact-check and spot unsafe assumptions, contraindications, or dosing issues; English proficiency at C1.
- 6Comfort evaluating answers for internal consistency and appropriateness for setting (ED vs ward vs outpatient).
- 7Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 8Preferred: experience with AI data training/annotation, clinical documentation review, utilization review, nursing education, or healthcare editorial QA.
Who Should Apply
Active registered nurses with licensure in at least one jurisdiction and 3–5+ years of hands-on care are a strong fit. This role rewards meticulous readers who can spot inconsistencies and explain clinical reasoning clearly. If you enjoy shaping AI training data and delivering precise feedback on nursing content, you will excel. The position may be less suitable for those without current licensure, with limited remote-working experience, or who struggle with English-language clinical documentation. People who prefer permanent on-site roles or require a higher guaranteed salary may not align with this contract opportunity.
Salary Insight
Pay ranges from $0 to $65/hr. This hourly remote contract is typical for AI data services projects and nursing editorial QA, with compensation tied to scope, experience, and project needs.
