Real Estate Practice Reviewer | $55-$60/hr Remote
Overview
This remote contract pays $55 to $60 an hour for real estate professionals to audit an AI agent's work product in their own field. You receive a realistic task, the agent's attempt, the files it generated, and an automated scoresheet. You answer four questions: is the task realistic, is the domain content correct, does the grading hold up, and is the final score defensible? One review takes about an hour, and you never perform the task yourself.
What You'll Do6
- 1Review each AI work sample against the original task brief and the files the agent generated.
- 2Determine whether the task scenario would naturally occur in your profession and if the description matches real-world practice.
- 3Check the accuracy of domain details such as standards, figures, regulations, and constraints using your field expertise.
- 4Evaluate the eleven yes/no grading questions to see if they were applied fairly based on the evidence in the files.
- 5Assign your own quality band to the output and compare it with the reported score, noting any discrepancies.
- 6Write a concise justification for each judgment in near-native business English.
Requirements6
- 1Active real estate sales license in the US with at least four years of closing your own transactions.
- 2Four or more years managing real property portfolios or HOAs, including budgets and reserve funds.
- 3Active real estate broker license plus five years of supervising agents and owning compliance duties.
- 4Three or more years in equipment, vehicle, or property rental, handling agreements, deposits, and damage claims.
- 5Near-native business English for writing clear rationales.
- 6Comfortable verifying numbers in spreadsheets or PDFs to confirm they reconcile.
Who Should Apply
This role fits a practitioner who has personally caught a defective disclosure, corrected a contract error, reconciled a reserve study against a budget, or handled a commission dispute. Your license must be active and your experience hands-on. Inactive licenses or referral-only work exclude you, as do investor or analyst backgrounds without transaction-side involvement. Many applicants get rejected because they lack the required years of independent deal closing or cannot demonstrate comfort with spreadsheet and PDF reconciliation.
Salary Insight
The pay is $55 to $60 an hour. Given that this requires active licensure and four to five years of field history, the rate is competitive for contract work that taps specialized professional judgment.

VerifiedWholesale and Technical Sales Reviewer
This remote role pays you to evaluate AI's output in wholesale and technical sales instead of doing the sales work yourself. You answer four key questions, from whether the task scenario is authentic to whether the domain details and final score hold up under scrutiny. The position suits practitioners with deep field knowledge who want to shape how AI performs in sales.

VerifiedManufacturing Operations Reviewer
Manufacturing professionals with real-world experience review AI outputs from their own trade, not to create them. Each task shows the AI agent's full attempt, including its original brief, the files it generated, and the scoresheet from an automated grader. Your job is to judge whether the task itself is realistic, whether the domain content is accurate down to the smallest regulation or figure, and whether the grader's eleven yes/no questions led to a defensible score. You'll spend about an hour per item, and you never redo the agent's work. This is a remote, per-hour contract for people who know the floor, the line, or the supply chain well enough to catch subtle errors an outsider would miss.

VerifiedFinance & Insurance Practice Reviewer
You'll audit AI-generated work product in finance and insurance, not create it. For each item, you review the complete task, the AI agent's response, and a grader's scoresheet, then answer four pointed questions about realism, domain accuracy, grading consistency, and score defensibility. Each evaluation is designed to take about an hour, and you never redo the work yourself. Since the tasks revolve around U.S. market specifics, your command of *SEC*, *FINRA*, and state insurance rules will directly determine your success.
