Overview

AI agents now produce work in professional fields, and your role is to judge that work. You will see a task description, the agent's output, and a grading scoresheet. Drawing on your own practitioner experience, you answer four questions: whether the task is realistic, whether domain specifics like regulations and standards are accurate, whether the grading decisions make sense, and whether the final score matches your own rating. Each item takes about an hour, and you never redo the work yourself.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Review each AI agent's attempt at a real work task and determine if the task itself is plausible for your profession.
  • 2Verify the technical accuracy of the domain content, checking figures, standards, regulations, and consistency.
  • 3Evaluate the AI grader's eleven yes/no questions for each final output and give your own opinion on each.
  • 4Assign your own quality rating to the work and compare it with the reported score.
  • 5Write a short explanation for each decision you make in clear business English.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years as a project management specialist with hands-on responsibility for real project schedules and budgets.
  • 24+ years as a US-qualified lawyer actively drafting your own legal documents, not just reviewing others'.
  • 34+ years as an accountant or auditor who has owned an accounting close or audit file, with CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • 43+ years as a software developer shipping production code that other engineers maintained.
  • 54+ years as a computer and information systems manager in charge of an IT function, including its budget and vendors.
  • 6Near-native fluency in business English, enough to write concise reasons for your judgments.
  • 7Comfort with spreadsheets and PDFs to cross-check numbers and documents.

Who Should Apply

The candidate we need has spent years delivering the actual work in their field, not just overseeing it. You may have signed an audit opinion, led a code review that changed a design, or owned a project budget. This role is less suitable for professionals who have only managed these functions without producing the artifact themselves. Rejection often happens when someone lacks the required years of direct experience or when their written English cannot support concise explanations. If your written reasoning is not clear, you will likely score low on fit.

Salary Insight

The pay is $70-$85 per hour. This rate aligns with consulting fees for senior practitioners and reflects the high-level judgment needed for each review.

Manufacturing Operations Reviewer

Manufacturing professionals with real-world experience review AI outputs from their own trade, not to create them. Each task shows the AI agent's full attempt, including its original brief, the files it generated, and the scoresheet from an automated grader. Your job is to judge whether the task itself is realistic, whether the domain content is accurate down to the smallest regulation or figure, and whether the grader's eleven yes/no questions led to a defensible score. You'll spend about an hour per item, and you never redo the agent's work. This is a remote, per-hour contract for people who know the floor, the line, or the supply chain well enough to catch subtle errors an outsider would miss.

Wholesale and Technical Sales Reviewer
