Overview
This role pays working professionals in pharmacy, private investigation, and retail management to audit AI outputs in their own domain. You will review realistic case scenarios an AI agent produced, including the agent's actions, the files it generated, and a scoring sheet from an automated grader, then answer four targeted questions. Your focus is on judging whether the task is realistic, whether the domain content is accurate, whether the grading stands up, and whether the final score is justifiable. Each evaluation takes about an hour, and you never perform the task yourself. Instead, you rely on the same judgment you exercise daily to prevent errors from reaching customers.
What You'll Do5
- 1Evaluate each AI-generated task to determine if it reflects a scenario that actually occurs in a professional retail, pharmacy, or investigation context.
- 2Scrutinize the domain content for precision in standards, figures, regulations, and constraints, catching subtle inaccuracies only a field expert would spot.
- 3Compare the AI grader's yes/no answers against the provided work files, flagging any discrepancies and explaining your reasoning.
- 4Independently assign a quality band to the work, then check whether the reported score aligns with your assessment.
- 5Record concise written justifications for every judgment you make, ensuring clarity and logical reasoning are evident.
Requirements6
- 1For pharmacists: hold an active US pharmacist license and have at least 4 years of dispensing and counseling experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting.
- 2For private detectives/investigators: possess the required state license and have 4+ years of independent casework and report writing experience.
- 3For general and operations managers: show 5+ years of experience owning or managing a store or multi-site P&L, including staffing and inventory control.
- 4For first-line supervisors of retail sales workers: demonstrate 4+ years supervising a sales floor, with direct responsibility for scheduling and shrinkage management.
- 5All applicants must have near-native business English to write clear, professional justifications.
- 6Be comfortable with spreadsheets and PDFs to verify that numbers reconcile and to review document contents accurately.
