Overview
Manufacturing professionals with real-world experience review AI outputs from their own trade, not to create them. Each task shows the AI agent's full attempt, including its original brief, the files it generated, and the scoresheet from an automated grader. Your job is to judge whether the task itself is realistic, whether the domain content is accurate down to the smallest regulation or figure, and whether the grader's eleven yes/no questions led to a defensible score. You'll spend about an hour per item, and you never redo the agent's work. This is a remote, per-hour contract for people who know the floor, the line, or the supply chain well enough to catch subtle errors an outsider would miss.
What You'll Do8
- 1Open each AI agent submission and review its entire workflow, from the initial task statement to the final generated files.
- 2Determine whether the task shown would appear in the named manufacturing role, classifying it as realistic, borderline, or contrived.
- 3Inspect the domain details for accuracy, checking standards, figures, regulations, and constraints for consistency and factual correctness.
- 4Go through the AI grader's eleven yes/no questions about format, fabricated data, requirements, and terminology, and note any place where your professional judgment disagrees.
- 5Assign your own defensible band to the finished work, deciding whether a practitioner could actually use it or would reject it.
- 6Reconcile numbers embedded in spreadsheets and PDFs to verify that they add up across the document.
- 7Write a concise rationale for every critique, citing specific evidence from the files to support each judgment.
- 8Apply practical knowledge of methods like first-article inspection or PPAP when assessing the work's real-world viability.

- 1Five or more years of direct employment in one of these roles: purchasing agent, first-line production supervisor, mechanical engineer, industrial engineer, or shipping/receiving inventory clerk.
- 2Mechanical engineers must have at least four years designing parts or systems that went into production; a PE license is a plus.
- 3Industrial engineers need at least three years of practical capacity, throughput, layout, or time-study work that changed plant operations.
- 4Buyers should demonstrate a history of placing purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers while owning the outcome.
- 5Supervisors must own shift or line schedule decisions and the people on those schedules for more than five years.
- 6Inventory clerks should show hands-on management of receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy in a genuine warehouse.
- 7Near-native business English is essential because every review ends with a written explanation.
- 8Comfort with spreadsheet or PDF tools to check that the numbers in a document reconcile.
- 9Experience with technical processes such as PPAP, root-cause analysis, or cycle-count variance is preferred.
