Requirements8

• Active real estate broker license in at least one US state
• 2+ years of residential or commercial transaction experience
• Depth in contracts, disclosures, agency obligations and negotiation
• Clear written English for documenting the reasoning behind a transaction decision
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
• Managing broker or brokerage ownership experience (preferred)
• Practice across both residential and commercial deals (preferred)
• Licenses or practice history in more than one state (preferred)

Who Should Apply
