What You'll Do6
- Write real estate questions and case studies that push AI models on valuation, negotiation, market analysis, financing structures, zoning, and property management.
- Score model answers against accepted industry practice and current regulations, then point out where a response falls short.
- Supply detailed written feedback on each flawed answer so the training team knows what to correct.
- Work with real estate specialists and technical staff to adjust how hard each question is.
- Keep question sets varied across property types and market segments so models see more than one kind of deal.
- Check case studies for factual accuracy before they enter the training set.
Requirements8
- Active real estate license in good standing. The application collects agent or broker credentials.
- Hands-on experience in brokerage, real estate practice, or property management.
- Command of transaction mechanics and market behavior in at least one property segment.
- Strong analytical writing. You will explain your reasoning in text that other experts review.
- Careful reading of contracts, disclosures, and regulatory language.
- Prior work across residential, commercial, or investment property is a plus.
- Designations such as CRS, GRI, CCIM, or CPM, or specialized training, strengthen a candidacy.
- Familiarity with AI or technology-driven real estate tools helps.
