Requirements6
- 1Direct experience as a property manager, community association manager, or real estate manager, with working knowledge of property operations and tenant relations.
- 2Strong analytical skills plus clear writing and speaking, with close attention to detail.
- 3Several years in property management across residential, commercial, HOA or condo, mixed-use, or other property types.
- 4Prior work in property management training, industry associations, or proptech projects.
- 5CPM, ARM, PCAM, or CAM certification, or a real estate license, is a plus.
- 6Familiarity with AI or technology tools used in property management is a plus.
